Yes, we ship all over the world. There are usually customs/import fees that apply to our international orders. We do not have any control over these issued customs/import fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs/import fees that are implemented after checkout.

It depends on where you are located. Domestic orders usually take around 2-10 business days and International orders take around 10-12 business days with no issues/delays from mail carriers. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check your Mailbox, Porch, Garage, or any other locations where the package could be placed. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail. Check with others in your house or neighbors that may have accepted it. In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If the package is still not delivered after 24 hours please contact support@fbcountyusa.com and a representative will be happy to assist you.
