Yes, we ship all over the world. There are usually customs/import fees that apply to our international orders. We do not have any control over these United States government issued customs/import fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs/import fees that are implemented by the United States government after checkout.
It depends on where you are located. Domestic orders usually take around 2-4 business days and International orders take around 7 business days with no issues/delays from mail carriers. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check your Mailbox, Porch, Garage, or any other locations where the package could be placed. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail. Check with others in your house or neighbors that may have accepted it. In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. If the package is still not delivered after 24 hours please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will be happy to assist you.
Yes, but all customers need to call the shipping manager Hunter at 213.622.3133 BEFORE you place your order to see if your order qualifies for expedited shipping.

If your order has already been shipped out, it will take 7-10 business days for the order to be returned back to us and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to the correct address. If you need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Undamaged and unworn products have a 14 day return policy, with a $7 per item restocking fee. In other words, you will need to pay an extra $7 for each item you would like to return. You, as the consumer, are responsible for shipping costs back to our location at PO BOX 2187 HUNTINGTON PARK, CA, 90255 UNITED STATES. Please include a copy of your sales receipt and the reason for your return in the package. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you need to exchange your order, we are happy to help. Undamaged products have a 14 day exchange policy. Before you proceed with the exchange, please check our website to see if we have the color/size in stock. If the item you would like is in stock, please make sure tags are still intact or else we cannot accept it. If tags are still intact, please mail back to PO Box 2187, Huntington Park, CA, 90255. Please include a note inside the package of what you would like to exchange your item(s) for and then your order will be shipped back to you. Customers are responsible for shipping fees coming to us, but we cover the shipping going back to you.
Size "long" tube tops are longer and provide more skin coverage. Size "regular" tube tops are more cropped in length. Size "short" tube tops are the shortest cropped tube top we carry. If you like to show more skin, order size "regular" or "short" but if you don't like to show skin order size "long."
Your pant size is the same measurement as your waist size in inches. For example, if your waist measurement is 30 inches, you are a size 30 in our pants. If you like a loose fit, order a size up.
