All Cosmetics cannot be exchanged. Undamaged and unworn clothing products have a strict 30 day exchange policy. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the package WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS. Before you proceed with the exchange, please check our website to see if we have the color/size in stock. If the item you would like is in stock, please make sure tags are still intact or else we cannot accept it. If tags are still intact, please mail back to 1454 ESPERANZA ST LOS ANGELES CA 90023. Please include a note inside the package of what you would like to exchange your item(s) for and then your order will be shipped back to you. For denim jackets, customers are responsible for shipping both ways. For all other clothing, customers are responsible for shipping fees coming to us, but we cover the shipping going back to you. The exchange process can take up to 14 business days.
