Return/Exchange/Shipping Policy
GENERAL POLICY:
Starting April 26, 2025, We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. If products are sent back without tags in tact, the product will not be accepted and you as the consumer will be responsible for shipping back to your location. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:
- Mystery Box
- Thongs
- Swim
- Carrier Vest
- Accessories: Belts, Beanies, Ski Masks etc.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please send items back to 1454 Esperanza St, Los Angeles CA 90023. The returns process can take up to 14 business days.
Exchange Instructions: Please include a note inside the package of what you would like to exchange your item(s) for AND a copy of your sales receipt. If you do not include a note, the returns department will automatically issue you a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping fees coming to us, but we cover the shipping going back to you. The exchange process can take up to 14 business days.
Chargebacks: Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
Cancel Policy: All orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
SHIPPING POLICY: For all international orders, we are not responsible for customs/import fees. We are also not responsible for lost packages.
