GENERAL POLICY:

ALL BLACK FRIDAY and HOLIDAY SALES ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not accept returns and exchanges for all BLACK FRIDAY AND HOLIDAY SALE ORDERS.

All HOLIDAY BOX sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns and exchanges for all HOLIDAY BOX ORDERS.

All Cosmetics sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except if they are damaged when delivered. We do not accept returns for all cosmetic products.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for ALL Accessories including hats, keychains, and beanies.

If a customer would like to cancel their order, we can cancel it if it hasn't been shipped/packed but the customer is responsible for the credit card transaction fee.

RETURN POLICY: FOR ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE OR HOLIDAY SALE: All clothing items need to be Undamaged and Unworn with tags still intact. If our returns team believes the item was worn/the tags are not intact WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.The 30 day period is from the date the package was delivered to you to the date your package is sent to us. All returns have a $7 per item sanitation restocking fee. In other words, $7 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please return item(s) with copy of sales receipt and reason for return. You, as the consumer, are responsible for shipping costs back to our location at:

Refunds are of original purchase price excluding shipping. Shipping is not refundable. The returns process can take up to 14 business days.

EXCHANGE POLICYFOR ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE OR HOLIDAY SALE:  All clothing items need to be Undamaged and Unworn with tags still intact. If our returns team believes the item was worn/the tags are not intact WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. Clothing items have a 30 day exchange policy. The 30 day period is from the date the package was delivered to you to the date your package is sent to us. Before you proceed with the exchange, please check our website to see if we have the color/size in stock. If the item you would like is in stock, please mail back to:

 Please include a note inside the package of what you would like to exchange your item(s) for AND a copy of your sales receipt. If you do not include a note, the returns department will automatically issue you a refund. If you would like to exchange your denim jacket then the customer is responsible for both shipping costs. For all other clothing items: Customers are responsible for shipping fees coming to us, but we cover the shipping going back to you. The exchange process can take up to 14 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY: 

For all international orders, we are not responsible for customs/import fees.
