GENERAL POLICY:

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:

• Thongs
• Swim
• Carrier Vest
• Accessories: Belts, Beanies, Ski Masks, Hats etc.
• Any product on SALE

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. If products are sent back without tags in tact or if the product is worn the product will not be accepted and you as the consumer will be responsible for shipping back to your location. We do not refund shipping costs.

EU Customer Right of Withdrawal: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

What is VIP Checkout?: If you checkout with VIP Checkout, your return shipping label will be covered. This is not eligible for final sale items per our return policy. 

Chargebacks: Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.

Cancel Policy: All orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Return to Sender Packages: We are not responsible for incorrect address mistakes. If your order gets returned back to us you will receive a store credit gift card for the amount of the order minus shipping costs.

SHIPPING POLICY: For all international orders, we are not responsible for customs/import fees. We are also not responsible for lost packages.
