"This shirt is so cute! I ordered a size M. Tried it on, fits more like an XS. Customer service stated they can't do an even exchange because of a promotion. Offered to pay the $5 - $10 or so dollars difference to get a bigger size, and after several email exchanges requesting pictures and other information, all of got was "sorry, we can't exchange ". So now I have a top I'll never be able to wear. What a rip-off."
