"I ordered a top from this company. They sent me a different one with a handwritten note that said “try this, free return”. When I contacted upset that I hadn’t been consulted for this wrong item - they responded they were unable to provide refund or return or the item I asked because of their automated online return system. Invisible policies and discountability. Terrible customer service. Purchase at your own risk. I’m not coming back."
